My path hasn't always been the most healthy
5 years ago I was downing pizza, moving very little, and generally avoiding anything resembling health. I had tried different get thin quick programs, all of which failed in the long run. I'd lose a few pounds, fall off the wagon, and never get back on track. I had resolved to thinking I wouldn't ever be thin again and that this was just the way my life was meant to be. Then I started CrossFit.
When I started, I was 236 pounds, 41% body fat and couldn't even do an air squat without holding onto the rig for support. Fast forward to today & I'm weighing in at 153 pounds, roughly 23% body fat, am a certified CrossFit L-1 Trainer, & recently completed my Level-1 Precision Nutrition Coaching certification (My air squats are much better too!). It's not a joke when I say if I can do it, ANYONE can.
The last 5 years have included every - or what felt like EVERY - different variation of diet and nutrition plan you can think of. As my body has changed, so have my goals and as a result my nutritional needs. It's this insight gained through my own personal journey that allows me to help guide you on the path to your success. I've been there, I've done it, and I WANT to help you do the same.
